James M. Duffy, Esquire
James M. Duffy has been a practicing attorney with an emphasis on real estate law for over 33 years and is an active lecturer for the PA Bar Institute on residential loan documents and transactions. He is a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Duffy received his Bachelor's Degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Westmoreland Bar Associations, Norwin Rotary Club, serves as the Chairman of the Norwin Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the ARC of Westmoreland Board of Directors, and Vice President of the ARC of Westmoreland Foundation Board.
